If you've ever flown Spirit Airlines, then you know how tight the seats are at the Weinberg Center. I know Americans are overweight, but even a skinny butt would not be comfortable in these seats for more than a half hour.
We were here for a graduation ceremony ... this place is awesome and so historic and beautiful. We had a wonderful time and would suggest this facility to anyone needing to hold a similar event or an awards program or speaking engagement of some size.
Attended another great performance at Frederick's Weinberg Center. My wife and I enjoyed Cyrille Aimée and her modern jazz and pop singing. The bonus is this was one of the season's Pay-What-You-Want Discovery performances. The suggested donation is $10, but who can complain? The Weinberg...More

CAGL, I can strongly recommend "the Wine Kitchen on the Creek" - a top ranked Frederick restaurant. We had an early dinner before a show at the Weinberg Center for the Arts (ask for the theater discount). Restaurant was within easy walking distance and surrounded by other quaint shops in downtown Frederick. She started with a flight of wines, I started with a flight of Scotch and split the pork belly appetizer that had an incredible taste and texture. I had the dry-aged roseda farm burger that was arguably the tastiest burger I've ever had. For dessert, we tried the WK pavlova which was incredible. The burger and dessert really showed the chef's talent. (I would have tried the duck breast but it was out early on Sunday evening.)
If I haven't convinced you then do a google search for "Weinberg dinner offers." Several restaurants offer discounts if you show your theater ticket. Tripadvisor doesn't like us posting links are I'd post it here for you. Enjoy the show!
