Thanks so much for visiting The Umbrella and sharing the word of our Migration Exhibit! It was the first invitational show curated by Jess Muise in our newly renovated Visual Arts Gallery, and we were thrilled with the artists, associated programs, and responsive audiences. We hope you'll come to see our new show "Passage," (March 7 through April 7) featuring work by the amazingly diverse Umbrella Studio Artists who work here and will be opening up their Studios April 6 and April 7, 2019. Do come and say "hi"!

Saw Hedwig and the Angry Inch last night in the "Umbrella Annex" as the main space is being rebuilt. Theater holds about 100 people and it was pretty full last night for opening night. Staff is friendly, bar is cheap, and the show was very well done. NOT a kid friendly show!
