Zyme is a great wine producer in the Veneto area with many innovations under its belt. The visit was welcoming and the wine tasting fantastic. We have sampled a few intriguing offerings that are quite rare in the area and sampled the flagship wines that...More

Amazing visit. Winery was recc'd by a wine expert friend, and I wasn't disappointed. Both our kids went on the tour and enjoyed learning about the wine making, so it was quite educational. Their Repasso and Amarone wines were absolutely amazing. Thanks again for the...More

Zyme is large. Their wine tasting room is lovely and they have a very professional organization. We prefer the small botique wineries which this is not. That being said, they have great wines.

I was very keen to visit Zyme having read reviews about their exceptional Amarone. It didn't disappoint and the tour certainly enhanced the overall amazing experience had at Zyme. Marco Bellini who helms from the famous Quintarelli (Amarone founder) family, spent the better part of...More

Great eye opener into the modern italian winery. Friendly and educational but above all else a great selection of wines that are not part of the big volume wineries of this region. A must visit for the true wine lovers
