Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The beach and the sea are obviously spectacular as always, but I would like to say that the crowding is monstrous to say the least, the establishments contribute by further reducing the portion of free beach that can be occupied (in my opinion going well beyond their concessions) and this This year we found the bitter surprise that there is no longer any parking that doesn't require a fee and that the payment is quantified at two euros per hour (!!) and takes place in fractions of an hour: for example, whether you are an hour and five minutes or an hour and 45 minutes or two hours, always 4 euros. The only reason why I don't give one star is because the beach is still wonderful and the sea is the usual Sardinian sea, among the most beautiful in the world. I recommend changing beaches and leaving this one to the professionals of crowding and overpayment.

If it were possible it would be worth spending some time walking among these enormous smooth granite boulders of all shapes. The contrast with the blue of the sea is intense and you never stop discovering new and increasingly beautiful corners. Unfortunately it is always difficult to find parking even in June. I struggled on a weekday morning, despite the fact that the entire final stretch of Via Cala Spinosa is used, where possible, for parking. All strictly for a fee of 2 euros per hour, payable at the parking meters located on the street.

Capo Testa is easy to reach from Olbia or Sassari and is worth a visit in December, just like we did. It's a sight to behold even in windy and stormy weather. Great rock formations. Plenty of parking (probably overcrowded in summer)
The sunset with a view of Corsica is unbeatably beautiful

Beautiful peninsula for hiking; bays, beaches and special rock formations. Unfortunately, a urine odor was regularly present. Moreover, there were turds and tissues in many places. In my opinion, this place is slowly becoming polluted. Maybe establish something like a catering industry with a toilet and send the vagrants/hippies away?

Stunning scenery, we hiked around a bit. Every now and then you have to climb over large rocks, which was quite a challenge for our 3-year-old daughter. We also met wild turtles on the way 😀.

But in the off-season there were already a lot of people there, we were never really alone. I can imagine that it is very crowded in the high season. Unfortunately there is also a lot of rubbish on the beaches.

But we would still recommend it!

I read the post of a lady who called the Sardinian sea horrible in a local near olbia. I've been coming to Sardinia for many years and I've visited north south west east....you don't know an entire region in a week's holiday only in one place.
Sardinia has enchanting landscapes and beaches like capo testa in San teodoro a stintino a orosei a baunei...everywhere.
I also visited the Magdalene.
We have the Caribbean in Italy.

We came almost by chance, in transit.
It's beautiful. Be careful you need good shoes and it's windy. It's hard to get around.
Otherwise no problem on the trails.
Superb view. Sea and stone blocks everywhere. You look like a lord of the rings guy.
There are even qq lookouts to take exceptional photos.
Too bad for us the sky was overcast. The color of the water looks unusual.
I advise everyone.

Parked 1km from the end in an EasyPark bay. Walked the last stretch into capo testa. Used AllTrails for an overview of all the trails around the park.
From the entrance by the cafe, went right and along the coastland path. Went to the far north area to the climb up to the rock.
Nice, though in sept was still v hot so plenty of water required.

I stayed in this wonderful property from 3rd to 11th September. I really enjoyed the welcome, friendliness, beautiful private beach. Recommended structure for those who really want to unplug. Waiters are all staff. Truly kind and courteous. Thanks to Mr. Stefano who in particular pampered us. Thank you

Place and hotel suitable for a relaxing holiday in beautiful Sardinia, kindness and availability. Large outdoor spaces with swimming pool with deckchairs and places in the shade. Don't expect much in terms of rooms but worthy of a beach holiday . Excellent half board service with dinner and breakfast. Excellent prices in the Capotesta area, hotel with very close beach and parking space. Highly recommended
