UNESCO Hertiage site. Check out the crypt where another St Nicholas resides. Be sure to climb the campanile for incredible views.

Great cathedral, amazing position right next to the sea and coastline, worth a visit. Bell tower was closed when there as wedding about to commence, but the views would be fantastic.

The most charming cathedral that I have ever visited! The location is breathtaking @the beachfront. On the top of it you can experience a 360 view of the area.

This is a gorgeous cathedral right on the edge of the sea. Inside it is very simple and light, a peaceful change from some of the more ornate Baroque cathedrals in Italy, You can visit the crypts and there was an entrance to the beltower,...More

Amazing cathedral. The Cathedral is strict inside but conducive to staying there. It is strongly adviced to go to the pier and have a look on it from ths site. The view is stunning. Cathedral holds weddings nowadays.

The location of this cathedral is fascinating. The view on the sea in contrast with whiteness of the cathedral. I visited in the sunset so maybe the picture is even better.

Please enter and see the crypt which is at the back and under the church. This church has a peaceful feel to it.

I did not take a tour. I visited on my own, including the crypt. If you read up on the Cattedrale before your visit, that should be fine. It is a beautiful site, right on the water's edge. Buon viaggio, Cristina
