The most spectacular glass reproductions of all the flora on the continent! As well there are whale Skelton’s from the ceiling in the main room. The kids loved it.

Thanks. In fact the Blashkas’ Ware Glass Flowers are the only such Collection in the entire world...Many museums have the father-son’s models of sea creatures in Glass, but the 4,200 botanical models commissioned by Harvard are unique. So glad you enjoyed your visit!

This is a cool museum. It has a lot of interesting things but the best by far is the glass flower exhibit. They are beautifully intricate and interesting!

I first visited this museum when a friend recommended it. It was almost as impressive as the Natural History Museum in New York but less crowded and less confusing which was a bonus. It offers unique exhibits unlike anywhere else in the world such as...More

This is a rather small museum yet spread on several floors and our entrance was part of the City pass, thus saving lots of money. We accessed the floors checking their exhibits and info and then accessed a different wing that lead to Peabody museum.

The glass flowers on displayed were absolutely incredible and showed exceptional craftsmanship. In the sections on microbes and arthropods there were staff doing show-and-tell to the visitors: I talked to one staff who had a tiny scorpion on his wrist and he seemed very knowledgable...More

I feel terrible after all the great reviews. But this was honestly a bit of a disappointment. The experience is a lot of what we are experiencing on our first day in Boston - disappointing. While there are certainly some wonderful things to see at...More

They have a coat space, but it's not attended, or locked. Many visitors spend just a couple hours to wander through just the Harvard Museum of Natural History, but the Peabody Museum is included in your same ticket, and so... More
