Or take an incredible 90-minute scenic flight Volcano Tour from Seattle's Boeing Field that flies you around Mount Rainier and Mount St. Helens 2-mile wide crater getting you up close and personal with 25 glaciers. And our whale watching tour to the San Juan Islands is unforgettable. Seaplane flights leave downtown Seattle in the morning, you'll have a 3-hour naturalist-led tour to try and see whales, sea lions and bald eagles, then return to Seattle in the late afternoon. We changed our flight time with Kenmore Air twice (including once an hour before the flight was set). They worked with us every time & were so pleasant & professional. Would HIGHLY recommend.

While fog isn't as common in April as it is in January or February, an afternoon flight gives you the best chance for any potential early morning fog to have burnt off.
