This place is not too big and the area could be covered in 10-15 mins. There are static exhibition boards on the wall that provides you information on bees. Nothing much actually. We enjoyed ourselves more at the cafe and we had the honey cake...More

Most bee/honey farms could learn a few things (or a lot) from this establishment. The free guided tour are really informative and they take you through parts of their bee farm, beekeepers' hats included. Instead of the standard variety of flavored honey, they provide samples...More

We went there on a week day and felt like it was a weekend. Apparently the place is a famous attraction for families/couples/lone wanderers. Had honey & cider free drinks tasting, followed by a honey coated ice cream treat. Also a good place to show...More

This is a must-visit place for honey lovers. It is more a bee product outlet than a museum promoting their brand of honey and other products. There is a cafe and as expected displays of live honey bees. Entry is free and parking is ample.

Every time, I went to Yilan, always stop there. A good shopping store and also good for kid to get a rest. They offer great honey ice cream

Do not expect a lot to learn or see in here, despite there are some sort of tours and informative display. In fact, this is more for buying souvenirs with soft selling promotion.

Not sure how this can be rated higher than the distillery but a good place to visit if you like honey but I came here wanting to see some real time honey picking in live action but didn't see that really a shop that sells...More

Don't wish to dampen your enthusiasm but just to go there from Taipei is really something I would not suggest unless you have other plans in Yilan. If you still intend to visit, it is nearer if you stop at Toucheng station... More
