I had booked the tickets but did not get the concession. It stated not valid. It was later informed me that as I booked for adult and kid together it showed not valid. But inspire of request the same was not adjusted or concession granted later this is unfair. Further the charge I paid for my younger kid 7yrs, he could hardly play one or two games. This is also unfair as he was neither allowed to play car game indoor, nor pool, nor cricket , nor Archery, nor Shooting, nor rafting, etc. Intact he started crying not able to play any games which I and my elder kid played.it was upsetting that not only I was not granted concession after request and showing ticket too but also chelarged for my younger kid 7 yrs for whom there was hardly any game to play. Hope my request is considered and I would be granted concession then can look forward in future to visit again

We visited on my birthday to Della adventure Park only for the rides involved in the jumbo pack. I especially enjoyed the dirt biking and buggy ride. Kavita and Vishal guided us through the whole ride and hence made it very thrilling and enjoyable. The next best thing was the swoop swing which had a free fall of 100ft and I has a rush of adrenaline running through my veins.

It was an exciting and challenging day ... TJ was osum guide he kept motivating us to complete the roller zorb .. Rappling was the highlight for me .. High rope was full of thrill ..also had fun on double seat cycle... I am glad I completed all the challenges I took .. It's amazing place to be .... 😃

We started our with low expectation but the whole experiece was execellet .The staff a very helpful and expert in thier own rides.
We got complete with information about rides before doing it.
The swing was excellent very adveturious,this was my first ride ever which went flawless.
Then best part was dirt bike ride and zipline, Mr TJ was very informative and polite to every questions we asked and made our whole experience very flawless.
All n all good .
10 out of 10.

Mr. TJ was super helpful with the rides in the A zone. They also helped us with the lockers.
This was our 2nd time in the park and we couldn't have been happier.
The 700cc raptor is the best thing they offer along with 250cc 2-stroke dirt bikes.
Time flies when you are having fun, and its people like mr. TJ who make your experience more special.
I'm a returning guest and this trip has made my wife a returning one for sure.
The staff is polite and courteous. Superb experience

We had booked 3 villas at della camp. It was horrible experience about service. First we reached at 2.30pm after check in we ordered rice for two kids with us of age 2and 4 years. To our surprise price reached at 5.45 PM after calling 20 times at restaurant and front desk. We asked for birthday cake even after 6 hours it was not supplied. Then we were supposed to go to restaurant for dinner but for two hours we had to wait for vehicle.on next day when we shouted at front desk the foolish manager instructed not to help. We went to relax but we purchased pain at della resort after paying heavily. Now we have decided not to recommend this resort to any of our friends. Dr Bhartiya Aurangabad 9372002260

We.have booked te della resort for 1 day on 19 Aug 22 to 20 Aug 22. No doubt the ambience and location is very good. Resort is well maintained. The hotel does not value for money in terms of services to guests. Hotel staff do not allowed roam freely around the full resort. There do not allow us to go to camp site as they told it is only guest staying there are allowed to go. There is viewing gallery on top to enjoy the view from there.
Our package included breakfast. There were not many options available there. Moreover many guest needed to wait before they could find a seat. They need to make arrangement for breakfast to accommodate more guest during peak season.
They are very strict of timings though we reach around 1310 hrs. They did not give us room till 1400 hrs . They made us wait till 1400 hrs that also when we ask for room at 1355 hrs. Also while checking out time they call at 1040 am only to check out.
They provide good amenities in the room.
Rooms are good specially bathrooms are very good.

I stayed at Della resort with wife for 3days (2days in luxury resort and 1day in adventure room) and the experience was horrible.
Right from the beginning of there was delay in check inn .
Bathtub was untidy with strands of hair sticking on sides. Locker safe was not working and 5-6 people came inside our room one by one hampering our privacy. The mattress was highly uncomfortable though it was changed later on repeated request.
Next day one of the housekeeping staff knocked on our door and barged inside with masterkey on not getting response from our side.
God knows what kind of privacy these people provide.
On third day after changing to adventure room, we faced similar issues with locker and mattress. Safety chain was not working.
On complaining they told dat all the rooms are already booked. When I yelled at duty manager, they changed my room.
I don't know whether I came for some private time or for getting their resort repaired.
Highly disappointed. Food is also overpriced.
Will never recommend this resort to anyone in future.

It was awesome experience in della adventure specially with Marshal Arun , the way he explained about shooting range activity was really good.. and swoop was the memorable ride n looking forward for new rides. but there should be water filter points , not everyone can afford the water bottle that expensive with bad quality taste.

GST charged was 18%. The difference in passes are some activities which are exclusive for Jumbo passes. They offer good group discounts and also Birthday Free offers. I suggest u chk with the website before planning to get a good bargain.
