We were all so excited for this class, but a bit skeptical of grits. Thanks to Chef Darin, we can hardly wait to make them again at home! A perfect girls night!

Another great class! I always learn at least 1 new useful kitchen technique besides cooking dishes I normally do not make at home!! I love the Achiote Seasoning Mix--had all the ingredients but never thought to mix them. Use it on everything!!

I’ve been to a few of Chef Darin’s classes. Always come away with a new skill, tip and, of course, recipes. Great fun!

A list of classes is posted each month. I did Southern Italy. It was great. We learned techniques as well as made creative dishes. If you book far in advance you might get to request a certain cuisine.
