Chef Darin Sehnert has garnered acclaim for his hands-on cooking classes in Savannah for over 9 years. Originally the opening chef instructor for the Mansion on Forsyth Park, he has opened his own cooking school specifically designed to give guests the maximum hands-on experience! Hands-on classes are scheduled all year long throughout the week. Private classes for groups may also be arranged.

We took a group of 15 for a hands on class. We learned low country cuisine. Chef Darin did an excellent job of weaving classic cooking techniques with specific menus of southern cuisine. It was an excellent experience and highly recommend it
