You seem to have a very specific need, so I'd suggest that you call the theater itself and ask them to verify that these seats do or do not meet your husband's requirements. Perhaps they could tell you which of the on-line charts you've found actually matches the configuration of seats currently in the theater - they redid the place to stage the Harry Potter play so some of those charts might be outdated.
