Bought 2 pairs (450$) for my sons. As I still was at the check-out counter the Boys realized, via texting, that they gave me a halv size wrong at one of the pairs. I stood at the counter, apologized that one of the pairs was wrong (they had all sites just on the upper floor), and the girl just "I tolv you there was no return, and you have already paid" - and then continued with her chewing-gum and turned her back on me. Ang again: I was at the check-out and had not left the store. When I told the staff (they were three) that after Boeing a frequent Bayer at Flight Club it will of course never happen agan she just said "I dont care". If this pathetic image is what Flight Club watts I hope they lose all customers.

What the outlet doesn't have isn't worth talking about. Every conceivable style with a range of modest to very high prices. Made a purchase, very happy. Best to visit later hours and not weekends. staff very helpful
