The size of the museum is not overwhelming and you can truly enjoy the magnificent collection. Free docent tours are great. The views outside are lovely and on summer weekends you often see weddings. Don't miss this treasure.

We love this art gallery and visit it whenever we are in the area! It is in a terrific area with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the lovely highway along the ocean! Wonderful area and great art gallery! ❤️

I would allow the minimum of three to four hours. More for a first visit if you want to see everything at a pleasant pace

No, we did not, we went into the museum as well saying we wanted to dine only so we did not purchase any tickets
