Found this zoo by accident. Yes this is a small zoo. The owners take in animals no one wants, are confiscated (boa, lizard, etc.) are abused (parrots), are excess from other zoos (tortoises, birds, etc)or would it be euthanized (for instance the blind fruit bat,...More
I spent about an hour here on January 15th, 2018.
This is a small zoo, with a fraction of the number of animals that you would see in a large city zoo elsewhere. You can get very close to most of the animals, and yes,...More
Small Zoo right behind Holiday Resort. I wasn't expecting much based on previous reviews, but I was surprised by some of the animals they had. Unlike, larger zoos, you can get pretty close to the animals and even feed some of them.
$15 for adults...More
I understand this is a small family run zoo but $15 for this is outrageous! The donkey, caraboo, deer , ostrich and emus are in holding pens that are too small, because of the brown tree snake on the island, the birds bats and koko...More
Excellent place to take the kids! Buy food for 25 cents a handful and feed the goats, turtles and even the carabao! The Cushings are passionate about their zoo and truly love their animals. They will talk to you about the animals and the plants...More
We only stayed at this place for a very short time. Animals are kept in very, very small cages with absolutely nothing to do.
An example of old and old zoo, which is not up to date with current standards for animal welfare.
Very tiny and expensive for what is there. You are able to see Guam's local animals, endangered Koko bird, snake and bats. Small children would love to feed the birds. Bring quarters for dispensed food.
