Even if your not interested in history this is one of those places you shouold visit. The bridge is from Spanish times and all that remains from the local river. Also there is a building said to be haunted behind the bridge

This park is easy to find, right off Marine Corps Dr. I appreciated the historical information that was available for us to read.

Quick walk down from Plaza De Espana. Not always the cleanest area and panhandlers frequent the area (I've been approached three out of the four times I've been there.) The siren's story is barely legible but the statue and the bridge are in good repair....More

It's tiny and unremarkable. Not an attraction at all. I cannot understand why this is listed as an attraction.
