It's a statue with a plaque that tells its story. It's good for a quick look. Don't make a special trip. On the other hand, you should come to the adjacent Chamorro Village for the Wednesday Night Market.

This place is only a round-a-bout. You need to run across the street to get here, so you need to be very careful running pass traffic! Do not drag your kids to this place, they are not fast enough to outrun a traveling car!
