We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very friendly greeting and a personable cashier up front. What is so unique is the taro bread and fries. Definitely worth giving both a try. The pineapple burger with a meat pattie was delicious. We both enjoyed the flavour of the buns and the fries. Portion sizes were good and pricing decent. You can eat on a picnic table in the shade. Public restrooms nearby as well. Easy parking.

I had a loco moco burger. The sandwich is very messy, but tasted very good, and tthe lady working the window was friendly. There's a bathroom in the sugar mill next door if you need it.

Very reasonable prices. Good service. Love that they have poly dishes so you can try multiple things. Worth checking out. Picnic tables to sit at.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat on a day trip.

Picked the Taro Hut. Ordered Da Bomb burger for $12 and added Fries and drink for an extra $5.50.

Very quick service and very tasty burger overall. Would recommend .

In the food truck area at the old Kahuku Sugar Mill. A treasure of good fresh food. Hubby had da Bomb Bacon Burger; best burger on the N Shore we’ve had. The Taro bun is so soft and fresh but perfect to support the burger and fixin’s. Great staff, so pleasant and friendly. I had the Paluma Bowl. Best taro I’ve had, tender taro leaf and sauce, great Chop Suey, taro slices and rice. Super filling, delicious. Highly recommend this place.

TARO FRIES ARE SO GOOD!! I've been back from my trip for 2 weeks and crave them every day. Crispy on the outside and not greasy at all!
