This was great experience meeting a number of cats who are being herded for ecological purposes in very humane way. Be sure to wear bug spray and call Rabaca’s for a pickup (808)-559-0230 as they are helpful for rides around the island.

No. You can only get there by ferry from Maui. I believe you can fly over, but it’s pretty expensive.

You definitely need to take some sort of transportation to get there. Not within walking distance at all. Kind of close to the airport but still need a ride.

Hi, yes, you will have more than enough time. The cat sanctuary should take about 20 minutes from the boat harbor or the airport. Even if you allow a few hours at the sanctuary, you still have plenty of free time. Be sure... More
