Wonderful view and nice sound from the powerful ocean. Similar to places in Oregon. Go for it if you are in the neighborhood.

The Spouting Horn is a nice thing to see when in Kauai. There are beautiful views of the coast line. Its exciting to see the waves hit the rocks then make a woof noise and the water shout up thru a hole in the rocks.

There are quite some of those blowholes in Hawaii. This one is ok, but just worth a small detour from Allerton Gardens. Not really worth a trip from the main highway.

The tougher the sea the better the spout. Nice tourist spot but not worth making it a destination in itself. Combine it with your visit to Weimea and the Canyon for a perfect day out.

Spouting Horn is a sight to behold. We spotted two sea turtles. The kids even enjoyed the time there. Quaint little stands with people selling local goods.

Love returning to this spot on my visits to Kauai. I am always concerned that it won’t be as spectacular as I remember but it hasn’t let me down yet. It’s a great spot to watch sea turtles from a higher vantage point. I hope...More

This blowhole was exciting to see in action especially when big waves crashed in. The larger the wave the bigger the spray from Spouting Horn. It makes a hissing noise as well which was appealing to my 2 year old, she would repeat “wow” as...More

We found out about this site while we were in Kauai and decided to run by and see it. Although the park was closed, we could see it well behind the fence. It was so amazing hearing the rush of the wind and then seeing...More
