Food and show were absolutely amazing. The fire dancers and the costumes were spectacular. Waiting staff a bit grumpy and unfriendly which brought my rating down

We attended the buffet dinner and show. Not sure how busy this usually is but we joined 800 fellow-guests from NCL Pride of America this evening. It was quite hot inside. Once seated we were free to take a look at the stalls set up...More

We reserved the Plantation Owner's Experience - supposedly the VIP level experience for this event. You arrive and are directed to park in the grass. No signs, no staff. There is a long line of people waiting to get through 2 kiosks. When we got...More

We apologize for the confusion when checking in and thank you for sharing your feedback. The Plantation Owner's Evening includes dinner at Gaylord's Restaurant and reserved seating closest to the stage at the main performance. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the performance....More

We attended their Tuesday night luau. The show was amazing, with beautiful costumes and set design, talented actors and singers, and impressive lighting and sound. The food was delicious. The Blue Hawaiian and Mai Tai drinks were incredibly sweet and tasty! My first complaint is...More

We loved Luau Kalamaku! It was a fast-paced show with lots of entertainment. My 9-year-old loved it too. The show lasts about an hour and it flew by. The show tells a story throughout with historical references. We did not do the buffet dinner and...More

They book tables depending on when you book. First come first serve. We booked on line two months before we left home . I opted to book gold seating and were seating one table from main stage. Fabulous location. We also paid extra for the...More

On the positive side, the show was really good. The story line was provided in the brochure on the tables, which helped a lot, but even if we hadn't read it, the performance would still have made sense. Everyone especially enjoyed the inclusion of fire...More

This was the best luau show we saw on the island. The story was very engaging and the performers were amazing. The food spread was great and the drinks went for 2.5 hours which is plenty of time! The grounds are beautiful. They have an...More

I had no idea what a luau was. The show with fire, Hulu, and the story of the founding of Hawaii astonished me. The food was good but I loved the show the best! WOW Thank you for this wonderful experience! I was surprised that...More

If you are looking for a smaller intimate luau, this is not for you. This was a production with full on lighting, band, multiple costume changes, etc. The venue is big and there are a ton of people. There was a craft market which is...More

We did not find the entertainment to be really loud and we sat in the front row next to the stage. There were lots of young children present who appeared to enjoy the show. I believe the show was over by 9pm.
