OK tour.....Better beer tasting and glasses to go
Oct 2021
Really cool that you get unlimited drinks with your tour.....and you get to take the glass home as a souv. but I found the tour kinda boring. I would rather be down on the floor rather than up on a balcony being pointed to all the machines and watching a video or two on TV. I did find a couple new beers I enjoyed which was the point of going....

Boring tour Rude bartender
Aug 2021
booked an early tour before the Brewers game. tour guide had enthusiasm and i could hear him, too bad i could not understand half of what he said! maybe not putting your mouth so close to the microphone would help with clarity. he seemed a little put off we weren't laughing at his "dad" jokes wasn't much of a "tour" either just stood around some tanks without any kind of production shown. this was my first beer tour so maybe i expected more . Now the totally unfriendly dude pouring the beer was a smartass who answered all questions with "it depends what you like" when informed i wasn't really a beer drinker he asked "Then what are you doing here? We couldn't get your most popular beer because it had run out before we had even got a first pour. i wasn't the only one in our group who thought the bartender was rude and he had the audacity to have a tip can out! Not Today!!1 Also your tokens for a free beer are at obscure locations. I ended up giving them away to a local

A Great Beer Tour But........
Aug 2021
MKE Brewing Employees do a great job with the tours. I was disappointed that quite a few of their beers were not available because they had none in stock. I woild have figured that the not having their MKE Products should not have been an issue since that is where the product is purchased. It appears that MKE is now selling and pushing Seltzers. I hope MKE Brewing is not losing their focus of brewing beer in place of setzers, our history shows that brewing beer is permanent, the 1980's has shown that seltzers are a fad and not sustainable. I understand that some of the adult beverage market is currently including the popularity of seltzers, the longevity of the beverage market is BEER. The idea of a MKE Brewery Tour is to taste the MKE Beer Products and not see empty tap handles indicating a lack of MKE Beer.

The brewery tour was great! It was well organized and our guide, Pat, was informative and engaging. It was obvious he loves his job and knows his stuff! The beer was delicious and with the special tour bar, our cups were never empty. My only criticism is that, although the building is open and airy, the brewery bar downstairs can get pretty loud making it a touch difficult to hear what the tour guide is saying in the loft. Otherwise, a great stop among the many brewery tour options Milwaukee has to offer!

Perfect tourist stop
Jul 2021
This was a great spot for my husband and I to stop and have a quick bite to eat, try some local brews to Milwaukee and experience a nice view before we attended the Pabst tour just down the street.

Amazing views, great beer and friendly staff
May 2021
This is located right on the riverwalk. We were there on a sunday and it was a great place to people watch - so many people walking by, boats driving by and people enjoying themselves. They had some great beer options and even some flavored spiked seltzers that were delicious.

Great tour and beer
Mar 2021
Beer selection and staff were amazing.
Started out with samples (staff/bartenders recommended their favorites when asked), tour was informative and fun. Our tour guide was great, sharing her favorite beer selection on the tour too.

Fun Friday night

Christina was the best tour guide we have had on this tour (this was 5th time). Need to stand close to hear. Easy way to sample lots of different beers and their new seltzers.

Excellent value and lots of beer!

Well if you love beer and love to try different types of beer . . . this tour is for you! We loved that you can arrive early and taste and then stay afterward for a bit and taste and taste throughout the tour! You get a very nice souvenir glass to keep and we enjoyed hanging out afterward and ordering some apps from the restaurant to enjoy with . . . more beer. Big negative for us was we literally heard maybe 1/10th of what our tour guide was saying. She talked VERY fast and with the mask, well, we just didn't get a chance to hear about the brewery, etc. I'd suggest you let the guide remove their mask while talking (they're completely away from the group so should be no concerns there!) and they should take care to speak slowly as well. Too bad . . . would have enjoyed much more if we could have learned about the brewery.

They need help!
Aug 2020 • Friends
Before going to dinner we decided to stop for drinks at the Rooftop in Milwaukee Brewing Co. there was no one to give any directions as this is self service at tables and had to get own drinks from the bar where clearly one bartender was overwhelmed with places very busy, mostly young crowd and some groups standing around as there was no free seating, what was most uncomfortable those groups were all without masks and there was no management visible the say something. No wonder Wisconsin doing so bad controlling COVID
