The positive.. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed interacting with the birds at the beginning of the visit and the staff were nice. Decent playground if the kids want to stay a little longer afterwards, and some seats to have a rest. The negative.. Some of the birds didn’t have great cages and I felt sad for them, especially some of the larger ones. It’s a tiny place so you should also know that before you make a long trip if you’re travelling from far. You could walk the whole way around it in a few minutes. Again, the start of the visit when we got to interact with the birds who were cage-less was so much fun, and the kids had the best time. 5 stars for that part.

Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. The selection of birds is awesome. The shop is well stocked with food and boredom busters to purchase for your own birds if you have any. The grounds and aviaries are very nicely laid out and look well looked after. They have some truly wonderful birds with big characters. Definitely well worth a visit.

Amazing place for adults and kids. Great selection of parrots and birds. All looked after and happy. Loved how you could feed them and sit in the avery with them around you. Very knowledgeable staff too.

Friendly staff & beautiful birds. Unfortunately the cages are quite small & we felt sad seeing them in there, we had expected a larger aviary. Wouldn’t have gone if we had known it was so small. Nevertheless, the birds were really beautiful & we could feed them :)
