We booked Green Jersey Explorer bus to pick us up from Wellington airport and take us via Martinborough to Kawakawa Station (and return three days later). Simon, the driver met us at the airport, offered us options for stop offs on the way and provided an interesting commentary for the Martinborough area. It was an efficient, friendly, and reliable service.

We hired our bikes from Green Jersey Martinborough for our 4 days on self guided Rimutaka Cycle Trail in January 2021. The bikes were perfect for the terrain especially the rugged Wild Coast.
The team at GJ were incredible, they brought the bikes in to us in the heart of Wellington during rush hour. Nothing was too much trouble. Had a wee bit of trouble with removing one of the batteries at Lower Hutt and they were out in a shot (& a smile ) to fix the problem. Would have no hesitation highly recommending their service, their pricing and helpful attitude. Would definitely use again

We had a great day on this full day tour with Joe as our driver/ guide around the south Waiarapa area.
Incredibly knowledgeable, Joe gave us an amazing day showing and explaining the history, geology and scenery of the area.
Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Joe as your tour guide to get to know as much about the area and see the sites of Martinborough and the south Waiarapa coast around to Cape Palliser light house

Alex and Bronwyn were absolutely brilliant fixing the problem when the pedal fell off my own bike when riding into Martinborough. Alex managed to do a temporary fix that got me riding my bike to Masterton. I was impressed by their absolute professionalism and would recommend them to any potential clients.

Fantastic 3: day tour. We loved all of it and the personal service especially Bronwyn who looked after us superbly running us around and putting up with our humour and ribbing well. They also organised fantastic breakfasts, lunches and restaurants for dinner which were high quality. Highly recommend the trips to Rimutaka trail and Cape Palliser. They also track you in case anything goes wrong or you can press alarm for rescue if needed. Thanks guys we had an awesome time.

A group of 6 of us used Green Jersey's shuttle service for cycling the Rimutaka cycle trail.
They delivered us from Martinbough to Upper Hutt to start our cycling and then a return pick up from Featherston to Martinbough over the Easter weekend. Joe one of the owners sent through advice and information pre trip, which helped usdecide where to cycle, we pre paid which was great and during our trip learned of other services offered. We will return and do more cycling trips with this company. A great service at reasonable prices.

Booking was relatively easy online. We had emailed three days prior to change an ebike to a standard bike but I guess they never got it so we paid for one & never turned it on. Another of the bikes was stuck on high unless you stopped, turned the bike off & back on again. The driver tried to fix it but couldn't. Disappointed they were 35 minutes late for pick up, soso cold waiting outside, they did ring to say the driver would be ten minutes late though. So much information given re the Remutaka cycle trail before we cycled off, so much so that we all switched off & forgot the lot - hard to get lost though!
It was a fun day just incredibly expensive to hire four bikes & be dropped at the starting point but everything in NZ travel seems to be increasing in price so its not just this company in fairness.

We stayed out at Ngaipu station (totally recommend). Green Jersey came and picked us up and we hired the 7 seater circular bike from them. It. Was. A. Blast! We did a self guided winery tour. Our 14 year old daughter lost interest with all of us and Stu came and picked her up and she hung out with him for an hour or so. Totally recommend. They went the extra mile. STU ... YOU ROCK!! It was such a fun day. Thank you.

A group of us have just completed the Wairarapa Cycling, Farmers on Tour bike ride. Some were on hired e.bikes and manual bikes and some were on personal e.bikes. Stuart and Bronwyn were our knowledgeable guides/chefs/support team and mechanics. They organised everything for us, all we had to do was cycle. The accommodation was fantastic, the meals were amazing and the experience/sights were more than we expected. Nothing was too much trouble from booking the tour to hiring the bikes and to organising the whole ride. We would all certainly recommend Green Jersey Cycle Tours to plan your next cycle adventure.

What a gift these two spontaneous decisions proved to be. We stumbled upon Green Jersey Cycle tours in Martinborough and they got us great bikes and pointed us in the right directions for wine tasting and a short loop. We liked them so much we arranged for a two-day Remutaka Trail weekend the following week, which was gorgeous, well-supported, and lovely beyond words. Thank you.

We would like find a 3-4 day ride that is supported (eg luggage transferred to pre-arranged holels etc) is that what you did with Green Jersey?
