This is an unforgettable experience. Do it! The evening is well planned, respectful to the animals, educational, fun and amazing. We learnt so much. We had 2 seperate nights at the conservation centre and were lucky enough to see laying and hatching.

I was so excited to visit this reserve and we were not disappointed. A fair bit of waiting around in mosquito prone area ( take the repellent ) while the rangers locate the nests hatching ,and then we were divided into manageable groups. The amount...More

We went on a last minute decision and were disappointed that the place was fully booked and when I looked at delaying our trip to later weekends, all Friday and Saturday night were booked out already for the season. So book as early as possible,...More

Didn't realise there are no tickets available for the turtle encounters at Mon Repos. We found this out too late for this trip.

The Rangers and staff were informative and friendly. The walk to the beach is quite short. You may need to wait a while although the centre does offer facts and interesting information to read about the turtles so you can take your time. Our Turtle...More

The whole experience was very special. Brightness of the star studded sky while we were walking without lights along the beach, the passion, professionalism of staff, friendly volunteers, the awe and appreciation of children and adults as the loggerhead hatchlings dug out of the nest...More

We enjoyed our recent visit to see the hatchlings - will have to return in the future at laying time. This is a very organised activity. Book early.

This was a highlight of the trip. We were with a tour, so I don't know the logistics of getting tickets. Soon after being there, there was a turtle event and our group got to go to the beach and watch turtles hatching and crawling...More

Tourss of the turtle hatchlings run up until the end of March so I am sure there are no more tours this year. Best to give them a call though.
