We have snorkeled in a number of places in Oz and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of corals and fish there were there. Not on a par with the reef. But much easier to access over some rocks. We will return.

Nice part of the coastline. Great esplanade and plenty of places to have a good meal. Safe, easy to access beach and maybe good fishing. Definitely worth a visit.

Very easy diving. Great for beginner's or visitors to the area. Great corals and marine life. Worth a look.

Great protected swimming area. Perfect place on a hot day to take a tube and just float around for a few hours. We visited on a stinker and noticed it does get very busy though so don't expect to have the place to yourself.

This is a lovely spot ideal for young children and older ones alike. Surfing smaller waves are safe and snorkeling secluded calmer ponds gives the chance to see lots of colorful fish. A bit rocky with the volcanic rocks in places but an ideal destination

This is another excellent area to visit when visiting Bargara. You can see evidence of the volcanic past of the area. Good to visit at low tide and look into the rock holes.

We came here to go scuba diving, and were reasonably happy with what this dive site has to offer. It is easily accessed from the shoreline/rocks. The visibility was not that great on the day we went, but this was due to weather and tides...More

Fantastic holiday. Lovely coast line. Must do is the bike ride from Bargara to Burnett Heads, through the turtle rookery. Great coastal / rural scenery and good coffe, smoothies and milk shakes at Bargara Surf Club on the way back. 26km 2 hour return trip...More

Excellent place for nature lovers and diving/snorkeling. Location on here is incorrect so google the correct location at Innes Park/Coral Cove.

Barolin Rocks is actually a rocky point that attracts divers. Low tide the rocks are really exposed and the four beaches in the area would not be suitable for swimming. At high tide the sandy beach about 50 meters away from... More
