We stopped at Capital for lunch at the cafe on our way to Canberra. A little off the beaten track but well worth the effort. Lunch was excellent and we did take away a few bottles as well. Treat yourself.

Had heard great things about this place. Very disappointed. Freezing cold inside, totally inadequate heating, under-staffed and food service painfully slow. With the exception of one charming young woman, staff were offhand and/or surly.

We tasted wine after our lunch at Grazing. Excellent range of wines. Particularly enjoyed the tempranillo and riesling. Our Sydney friends bought a mixed case and just loved all the wines. Shall have to come back and try the cafe. The menu looks great.
