When we went they had lots of good stuff that we bought at very discounted prices. Lots of premium brands like Prada, Gucci, D&G even Diesel. Really liked the outlet with lots of free parking space as well. Good options to eat and drink. All in all very good experience.
Have visited all over Europe including one in Milan, Barca and Scotland, this is one of the better malls

We bought 3 items at the Salomon Store in Fox Town. We wanted to give one item back on the same day. Unfortunately it is not possible to get your money back. They gave me a gift certificate and I accepted that. Although I wanted to give my feedback in order that the salesman could give it further to the manager. This salesman was very impolite, he refused to give it further to his manager. He was interrupting me all time long, so I was not allowed to speak a whole sentence. He was not listening, he was saying just NO, it is not possible. He was very arrogant and impolite, he is not able to listen to the costumers. I have never experienced a treat like that. I wanted just to give a feedback and that was not possible! But the way I was treated was horrible! He has not education in sales! At the end he turned away and did not listen to me anymore, he ignored me and I couldn’t give just a feedback.
I am really disappointed on Salomon and I don’t want to buy anything again there.
I think some rules should be changed, it is not costumer-friendly if you don’t have the possibility to get your money back and the salesperson should be trained good.

We visited the mall from Baveno to burn time on a rainy day.
That mall is not suited for claustrophobics, ceiling is low, spacing is very narrow and stores are hiding in corridors and very easy to be missed. The
active mall structure seems a bit outdated, there is a new section in construction but at the moment not too useful besides a store here and there.
Prices wise, we could not spot a special priced deal over there.
A nice American western theme restaurant was located at the end of the
parking lot area we ate there and enjoyed.

Being from the area, first in nearby Italy, now right in Mendrisio, my family and I have been at home in the "Fox" since it opened. ----- However, what I find inconvenient is arriving by public transport, despite the nearby station. Because there are also people, like me, who are not disabled and not yet in a home for the elderly, but not very fit either. Problems with my hips, my back..... If I arrive at the San Martino FFS station, I find it crazy that I first have to go through a multi-storey car park, then the new wing which usually doesn't interest me, then the "old, new" wing, to finally reach "my shops", which are located exactly on the opposite side, also in the first, old building. The last time I did it, my back hurt so much, I had to take a taxi home. Another time I tried with my daughter (and young people know a lot about apps, maps, etc.!) to come by bus. He always left us in front of the new wing. For the return we were unable to understand in any way which bus to take and above all where. Once, just to understand something more, I remained sitting on the bus that goes around those areas. It makes crazy turns and even passes directly in front of the main entrance of the first building, but it CANNOT stop! Because there is no scheduled stop for OUR buses. Where probably few people would get off and on quickly. But private buses, which carry large groups of people (tourists/customers) can! I find it absurd. ----- Then there's another thing I'm sorry for. As soon as you pass a 40, max. 42 (Switzerland) the choice of clothing for those exceeding these measurements is limited to two shops. Two in size, since I wear a 48, Swiss.) You really don't care about the other hundreds of shops! ---- In summary, there are also us locals (and not only that, but all those who arrive by public transport) who would like to arrive at your Center conveniently. Then there are people who are no longer very young, with a few ailments here and there (and who don't have a car, as in my case) who would also like to come and go around, and, I always repeat to myself, there are lots of people who don't have the size of Naomi Campbell or Heidi Klum. And he would like to find nice things.

If you are a tourist and looking for some great deals in luxurious shopping, this would be the last place to go. The prices in Switzerland are anyway higher than other countries in Europe. Even the outlet mall doesn't offer great deals and even the one with deals aren't worth buying as you know they are available for cheaper prices.
I saw a Gucci belt at a store in Nice for 340 euros and that same belt in Foxtown was for 430 euros. And it was the same for many other products.
It wasn't worth traveling for 3 hours from Zurich to reach Foxtown for absolutely no deals, rather much higher prices!

It seems like a miniature city, I've never seen an outlet with so many shops and brands. It's so big and full of corridors that you can get lost 😅 I even saw bus loads of people parking outside! Crazy. Wherever you go you can also find little bars. The new wing is also full of shops. There is a train station that stops 2 steps from the center, or they have a large outdoor car park and a parking garage attached. There is also the Old Wild West nearby.

This is a wonderful mall with all kinds of designers. Most stores personal were very pleasant and accommodating but Baldini Store topped them all.
Dario and Priscilla were absolutely amazing. They went far and beyond in customer service. Dario took initiative to call the store in Rome since we were not in their system and tried resolving a problem.
It was such a pleasant experience that we will never forget and will definitely come back to visit. The store manager of Baldini should know that they have the best employees in the Fox mall.

Outlet center which only has the name. Prices in Swiss Francs are unaffordable and no discounts on basic brands. Expect around 30% less unless you find good deals a few years old. On the other hand, of all the boutiques I have visited, I recommend the Missoni one, lovely salespeople and prices, frankly it's the only one I chose. I live in France and outlet centers are much more affordable than here. Finally, clean place but very poorly indicated for this repair, blatant lack of staff to show you the directions and the arrows are very poorly done.

very close to the border with Italy, this mall offers a busy day. You may want to make a one-time curiosity pass but you are sure to get away with some things.
Large and cozy parking lots, cafes and dining spots, and many branded shops from the most well known, even unknown to many good opportunities..I advise you to avoid public holidays, and afternoon visits because it is very crowded. Prefer morning.

Already heard a lot, and now once looked at for yourself. Free parking, well located. The center is mega. There is something for every taste. Sometimes it is difficult to orientate because it is so large and winding. I'm sure I'll be back.

I am going from Luzern to Milan and I want to stop at FoxTown in between as I am exiting from Milan after 2 days. I have some doubts please clarify
1) Is Mendrisio S.Martino directly connected to foxtown as i will be carrying 3 suitcases?
2) Can i keep my suitcases in cloakroom?
3) Where shall i buy tickets from mendrisio s.martino to milan?
