We were there on an organised trip and thankfully our Guide was there to help. She was the one who told us all the information about Rubicon and the various wines. It was described as a 'wine tasting' but were were given one glass of...More

It was a cold day so not good to sit outside but whilst small there is a lovely bodega by the kitchen which is out of the wind. We started with tasty garlic prawns and then we both had the fried goat which was tasty...More

Dinner with a view. We went off season for dinner; the only ones in the restaurant. What more could you ask for? Delicious food, lovely service, wonderfully peaceful. Zen.

Stopped off in Bodegas Rubicon after a trip to Timanfaya National. Having tasted the Rubicon wine the night before it made it all the more interesting to see the vineyard in person. Had lunch here looking out over the volcanic countryside of the vineyard, one...More

I like the dry white wine of El Rubicon and before we bought the wine here we enjoyed the lunch at their restaurant. Simple Canarian kitchen with a great taste. We had the rabbit and the squid and prawn casarole and a tomato salad. Together...More

The best thing apart from viewing the museum where they kept old machines to make wine is the wine selection they offer. The best ones are the sweet ones. They have two varieties, one just bit sweeter than the other. I definitely recommend tasting them.
