A great place to visit with younger children

We were all inclusive at one of the protur hotels so this was good value for money, especially as all inclusive continues here.

There are 6 smaller slides, 2 bigger ones, a whirl pool section and a swim up pool.

Tickets have to be purchased from the club house just across the road.

We went here with our 9 & 10 year old boys and had a great time. We had to walk to the club house a short distance away to pay for the tickets and then go back to the water park to queue for the 10.30 opening time. On entry there were lots of loungers but they get taken quickly so be quick choosing the ones you want. The food and drink are included in the price which was lovely. The pools were quite cold but once you get used to it it is okay. The slides were great fun and you won't have to queue for long. All in all we enjoyed ourselves.

Get the tickets early and queue as early as you can as it gets busy.

Limited slides but great for smaller kids, very busy, man on the gate is very friendly and does a great job. Meal times were very busy at the start. Food , drinks , snacks etc included in price. Taxi back to Cala Millor never turned up, seems to be a theme at the moment, great park , would return

We visited the water park whilst staying at the nearby Safari Park Hotel. As a family of 3 we had a really fun day, however the water park was much smaller than we expected! Only 2 slides (plus a couple more for toddlers) and one big pool. The swim up bar was good and plenty of sun loungers. The park was well maintained and it was great to be able to enjoy all inclusive drinks and food. The lunch was good. We would return, it was a fun day. Just don’t expect lots of slides and pools!

4 people quite expensive visit..all inclusive from 10.30.to 17.30
Long walk if that's how you're getting there. Looked clean but not a huge place as expected. Decent pool but I think aimed mostly at kids. Great.area for little ones and couple of small slides.
But not a lot else if you're older.
All drinks included in price but until lunchtime that's only soft.drinks.
Food is plentiful but lacked taste just a normal buffet style
Lunch was okay if you like generic buffet food and alcohol was available but direct from post mix machines
Estrella on draught saved the day.
Bodegas and sunshades didn't give any protection from the sun.
Some areas actually smell of sewerage and that was close.to the pool
I'd say save your money...go to the beach...less

We came here as we wanted some more water slides for the children, this place didn't disappoint. 6 little slides in a little pool that children can play in. Then two bigger slides in the main pool (water quiet deep) it's a bonus that everything was still all inclusive. Only problem we had with lunch was it being so late as it wasn't till 1pm so the children were very hungry by them. Plenty of sunbeds too. Definitely recommend for a nice day out

Good for youngsters - a splash park and two bigger slides. Teens probably wouldn’t get as much enjoyment. Good range of sun loungers but parasols are fixed. Good access to drinks and ice cream and able to leave and come back for dinner.

Wouldn’t pay the price asked but good for a free visit.

Serious safety incident
Jul 2024 • Family
I visited La Reserva on Saturday 6th July with my husband, two children and my sister and her three children. What we witnessed on that day was horrific and I feel a duty to warn as many people as possible of the shortcomings of this facility to try and prevent a similar incident.

We witnessed a young girl approx 12 years old trying to pull a little boy of 4 years old out of the pool whilst shouting for help. The little boy had drowned and was lifeless. A lifeguard walked over, after taking his shoes off, and took the boy from the girl and placed him on the floor at the side of the pool and then vanished. There was no sense of urgency. Another lifeguard tried to start giving rescue breaths but was struggling so my husband (a firefighter) and sister (trained in basic CPR) took over. A lifeguard brought a trauma bag and dropped it on the ground and left. My sister and her partner had to open the bag and set up the oxygen mask and cylinder (they did not know how to do this and nobody else was helping), then my sister attempted to administer it. The equipment the lifeguard did bring was not sufficient. CPR was continued for a considerable period of time by my husband, sister, a nurse who was also visiting the park and one lifeguard whilst the police arrived and after when the paramedics arrived. NO OTHER LIFEGUARD OR MEMBER OF STAFF OFFERED ASSISTANCE. Throughout this time it was harrowing and chaotic. My heart goes out to the little boy's family and the little girl who brought him out of the pool. This incident could have had a different outcome if the lifeguards were competent but most didn't even try and were nowhere to be seen. Unbelievably the park remained open after this, with children still in the water and no lifeguards at stations.

Worryingly the management at La Reserva said these lifeguards are supplied to this Protur facility by an agency. An agency which may provide lifeguards to other Protur hotels and indeed other hotels and beaches across Mallorca.

If your in Cala Millor or Sa Coma and don’t fancy the journey to Aqualand. This swimming area is a gem.
Even if your not staying at Protur you can buy a ticket for 35 €. It’s valid all day and includes your food, drink and ice creams.
My son is a teen but he still likes it here as so laid back. Perfect 👌
