Love. This. Spa! The pools are well maintained and clean, the spa services are phenomenal (love the massages!), the beach is well maintained, and the ristorante on site is fabulous (fresh salads, fruit, hot sandwiches, etc). What a great place to spend the day/days!

The place was serene during our October visit. We missed the summer crowds, hassles and parking problems that often come with visiting the island at peak times. We visited Poseidon twice during our stay, both times after 1 pm when the discount kicks in. Jumping...More

It was really quiet. Our 9 and 4 year olds enjoyed the three pools they could access, and the sea/beach. A really well organised, luxurious place to be and easily reached by local bus.

Take car with you. Taxi is really expensive in Ischia.

You can get a hydrofoil to Forio from Beverello, then get the bus or a taxi to the gardens which are just on the other side of town - possibly less stressful than from ischia port. Taxis are generally €15 minimum.

It's about a half an hour drive from the port when you get the ferry. We did everything via minivan so I don't know what public transport is like to get there
