Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Frauenkirche (Our Lady) was built in the middle of the 18th century in the Rococo style by the most famous architect and stucco artist of the time, Dominikus Zimmermann. Many details bear parallels to the world-famous Wieskirche (Steingaden), which he also built.
Artists of renown were hired to decorate the church.
The church is a jewel of the overall very beautiful medieval town of Günzburg and should be part of every visit to the town.

The Frauenkirche in Augsburg is a Roman Catholic church, which is also called "Zu Unser Liebe Frau". She was born in the mid-18th century. It was built in the Rococo style by the master church builder Dominikus Zimmermann. The interior is very magnificent and absolutely worth seeing.

We kind of happened to end up here, just entering when we passed by, amazing decor. They could provide a little more info, what there is is very sparse and outdated…

Our lady church, built, rebuilt and later renovated for 5.5 million euro. It has soft white and pink pastel colours and is a nice stop on a stroll around Günzburg

Happen to make a visit on day when the little lads were receiving their first holy communion, it was a celebration atmosphere and was nice to see the communist gathered for this wonderful occasion.
Must say the church is so very beautiful and well maintained from inside.
Would definable recommend a visit and is close to the market place.

The interior of The Church of Our Lady is something incomparable. It feels so light and relaxed inside when praying. However, it was noticeable that not too many people are present unlike many churches in Europe.

Like all Catholic churches, impressive interior, invites you to calm and silent prayer. Spend there at least 5 minutes and you'll feel great
