This was our second year to take the home tour. Three homes are featured on the tour. It is really interesting to see what gems are hiding behind walls and doors in Granada, to learn some of the architectural history of the city, and see how these beautiful old homes are being preserved. And best of all, the proceeds benefit the library and a local school. Highly recommend the tour!

This tour gives you an opportunity to get behind some of those colorful Granada doors. Speaking of doors, you might want to purchase one of Nasser Morenos Granada Doors creations at Centro de Arte upon your return. The guides have lived in Granada for many years and are quite knowledgeable. They can answer questions and give information about visiting and living in Granada.

This is a very good tour, especially if you like colonial architecture. You get to walk through three homes in the area and the guide explains about the structure and colonial style building. It is fun to see what is behind each door and it is always a surprise. The our took about 1.5 hours and we also received a bit of information about Granada on our walk. The money for the tour helps the children's library and a local school's scholarship program.

I loved the views, the decor and had no idea how lush these homes are inside. I felt like a VIP going to amazing home after home. My favorite tour!
