Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It may be a small bike park, but it is packed with fun progressive features and I always have a good time riding here! The park continues to add new trails and update their already good existing trail system. Something fun for every skill level.

The zip line was safe but way fun! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Each segment had a platform with a staff member waiting and a special breaking system so you won't fly into the tree! I'm so glad I went for it!

Took the whole family (ages 41,39,13,and 9) for a weekend getaway and Bryce Resort zip lines were the highlight. It takes about 90 minutes (top to bottom) working your way from station to station, and you're entertained the entire time. Great views, lots of adrenaline, and Frank, Ben, Ashley, and Jarad do a great job of making it fun. Very safety conscious. $3 for an e-mailed action photo is hard to pass up, and the quality of all of our pix was great. Well worth the time and money. We'll definitely go back.

I have never tried zip-lining before and thoroughly enjoyed it. The course in Bryce is in 10 stages and therefore quite long. The instructors were all very friendly and competent and everyone in my group had a great time. They also take photos of you on in action, which make a great memento of your trip.
Highly recommended.

One of the best attractions in VA. Was nervous at first but turned out to be just plain FUN! We come to Bryce Mountain every year and will certainly make the ZIP LINE an annual event.

My wife is not normally a person who likes to take risk. The zip line looks scary for some, I sure. The first leg of the trip, you could see the fear in my wife's eyes. By the time we got to second leg, she was having a blast.

The staff was very professional and safety oriented. I wouldn't mind work all day there myself.

My only complaint was it wasn't long enough. With just the two of us going at the time, there was no waiting for others to go. You didn't get as much time to soak it in as a result.

It is a little steep in price at $45 a person.

Four of us completed our first time zip line adventure. Ages 53, 16, 14, and 10. Highly recommended. The guides were great. They were attentive, personable and ever entertaining.

I am always looking for fun things for my grandkids to do when they come visit me from Alaska. A friend had told me about the zip line experience so I thought this would be a good fund thing for them to do. They are 15 and 16 and loved their experience. So much my granddaughter wanted to go again and talked me into going with her.

We made our reservation last minute so when we got there the staff had release the guys thinking they had no reservations. The manager did a great job finding two staff members to take us on our adventure. Since there were only two of us we were given lots of attention and it was a great experience for me.

The staff was very safety conscious and told me I was doing a great job for my age (since I am a grandma.) My experience was great and I am ready to go back again. Since the grandkids are back home in Alaska I am now looking for friends/relative to go on the adventure with me.

I would recommend this to anyone no matter what your age. The staff is great and you will have a good time.

In a relaxed setting they suit you up in an all encompassing outfit that is attached to the cable. Ely, Mike and the others made us feel secure and safe. For the stops in the trees they attach you to the tree. No slipping off the platform that way.

It was quite easy as they build up the length of the run. Having skied at Bryce in the winter. I had seen the cables above the chairlift. Those two runs were awesome. The goose bumps were still up when I reached the bottom several nice long easy runs later.

Call ahead, try to go in a small group, wear toe covered shoes as your toes will reaching out for that wooden platform. She is ready to go again. I may go golfing instead.

While we were on the mountain zip lining. There was a Mountain Bike Race going on at the same time. We were far and well above the bikers. We could have watched them going over some of bicycle ramp jumps all day.

The food at the Cooper Kettle is excellent. We went for a couple of cold draft Angry Orchard ciders after the zip line adventure.

Oh, if you think this for kids only I am in my 60's and she? Well, we will just say it was her birthday. And she had never been zip lining before. So this is for any age. Come to think about it I am ready to go again.

My husband and I own a Bed & Breakfast in Weyers Cave, Va. We are always looking for activities for "package plan" offers for our guests. Bryce Resort Zipline Adventure caught our eye. It has so much to offer the "adventurous" guests that our more "local" resort does not. I made a call and set up a tour to check things out before promoting. It was quite a pleasant trip! The resort has so much to offer and my favorite is the "zipline!" Turning 66 this month, my initial thought was that I must be out of my mind. Then I said, what the heck, lets check it out. Watching how it works, I was convinced I would give it a try. Unfortunately, what I was watching was the last run for the season. Now, I'll need to wait until next season. All this is to say, the staff that I did get the opportunity to meet were very professional and encouraging. Not sure what happened to the "Rude Staff" author. My only question would be "did you speak to the manager?" Bet'cha you may have a different opinion, not to mention a compensation for your experience. Hope you would will!
