I took my two small children on the glass bottom boat tour, to the aquarium, and on a guided wetlands tour. The guide doing the boat tour was great with the kids, was able to answer every question from the adults and it was just...More

We visited in the morning on a Saturday. The temperature had not gotten too hot yet, and there was a nice breeze, so the atmosphere was quite pleasant. We paid for the extended tour and ended up being the only family on the boat. It...More

Great place to see the San Marcos springs while riding a glass bottom boat. The location is the longest inhabited area in the country. Enjoy the view of Old Main while walking the trails. A true gem at the gateway to the Hill country.

The area itself is beautiful. Crystal clear water that you can tour on their Glass Bottom Boat Tours. We saw turtles, fish, and exactly where the water bubbles up from the ground under the “lake”. They also have a small aquarium inside that depending on...More

The glass bottom boat ride was really cool. We did the 25 minute ride. Got to see lots of fish, turtles, and the springs that feed the reservoir. The driver wasn't very technical/knowledgeable, but his enthusiasm was great. Afterwards, we went to the small aquarium...More

Love the boat ride with a tour. Our tour guide was awesome. It's $9.75 per adult and a $3 for daily parking, $7 weekly and free weekend parking. Love the aquarium.

Beautiful setting. Did the glass bottom boat tour and the guide was very knowledgeable. All the children on my boat were very fascinated. Great for families but could also be very romantic for couples.

The boat is not wheel chair accessible. À passenger needs to step from the dock to the boat, then step down into the boat. However, the staff may have alternatives available that I am unaware of. I would call them.
