The glass bottom boat tours are great. Lots of information about the geography of this region of Texas and about the aquatic environment in the springs. Tour guides are students from the university and seem to enjoy teaching everyone about what they are seeing below...More

The vist was really pleasant, the acquariam is an appropriate learning place for kids and teenagers, infact it amazed the adults too! The glass bottom boat ride was a bonus added to the tour.

Great place to see the San Marcos springs while riding a glass bottom boat. The location is the longest inhabited area in the country. Enjoy the view of Old Main while walking the trails. A true gem at the gateway to the Hill country.

The area itself is beautiful. Crystal clear water that you can tour on their Glass Bottom Boat Tours. We saw turtles, fish, and exactly where the water bubbles up from the ground under the “lake”. They also have a small aquarium inside that depending on...More

The glass bottom boat ride was really cool. We did the 25 minute ride. Got to see lots of fish, turtles, and the springs that feed the reservoir. The driver wasn't very technical/knowledgeable, but his enthusiasm was great. Afterwards, we went to the small aquarium...More

The boat is not wheel chair accessible. À passenger needs to step from the dock to the boat, then step down into the boat. However, the staff may have alternatives available that I am unaware of. I would call them.
