Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a fantastic and unique park! Highly recommend! Plan for 1-2 hours, and bring scooters/bikes. I wouldn’t stay too long after sundown but the evening is great in summer. Some areas are well lit and others not lit at all, once it’s dark.

We have a special needs child, and this park is extraordinary for him and any kid! Super well thought out, interactive, and just fun for everyone in the family. WONDERFUL play area for kids and parents...probably best for those kids about 12 and under or similar interest level.

Built to be super inclusive, accessible, and interactive.

Took the grandbabies here to play. Su h a great park. Everything is fenced in and feels very safe. So much to do. It is built as a little town and each business has games etc. Also a neat "gokart" type track for bike riding. This is also a trailhead for the brushy creek trail in round rock so Quinn and I come here often.

The Play for All Abilities Park, located just off highway 79 in Round Rock, is fantastic! As the name implies, it's designed to offer safe and engaging play areas for children of all abilities. There's a wheelchair-accessible swing and transfer station, large swings for kids with other mobility issues (my daughter *loved* those swings at age 1.5 when she was in a full-body cast), slides accessed by ramps and not just stairs, sensory play areas, and a great mini-city for kids to roam around in. It's not centered on kids with any particular ability -- but seems to work for kids regardless of what they can handle.

There is some shade (awnings and trees), quite a few benches, several picnic tables, and a few pavilions you can rent for parties.

I could list all the features, but you really have to see this place to believe it!

In the summer, we try to get there by 8am (before it gets too hot). The park gets crowded around 10am on nice days in the early summer, over spring break, and weekends.

My one issue with the park -- which I'll list here to enlist your help to change it -- is that big kids who bring bikes/scooters/etc to use on the mini-city streets need to keep their wheeled toys in the city! They don't belong on the slides or chasing after my toddlers in the other play areas.

I like taking the kids to this park it has something for everyone. The zip line is great for the kids, they enjoy using this and even took some friends from Austin to the park and their daughter who is in a wheel chair liked the swings and the play scape area.

I visit the park at least once a year and did so just a few weeks ago. Took 3 of my grandchildren ( 4, 7, & 9 y/o), there and they loved it. This park is a real asset for Round Rock.

Great place for family time. Kids love the mini city. Just wish others would respect it and maintain it after their children. We have brought visiting family members to this park just to show it off. Glad to be part of round rock.

Nice concept of Play for All for the park, very clean, family-oriented, great for younger ages, has new and innovative "rides" for the kids. The bike town is awesome with attention to detail.

We took our grandkids to this park on a Tuesday and still a good number of folks. Why? Because it is one of the best around. The Parks and Recreation folks designed this great children's place for all abilities. Cool swings, slides, other play equipment and a children's mini village all very well laid out and fenced. The only crying we got was when we trying to leave. But we assured them we would be back! Play and pack a picnic lunch- it is worth the trip.
