Went this past weekend to the Whiskey Myers concert! I was so surprised after reading some reviews of this venue just how great and fun it is! We had General Admission tickets but there are plenty of picnic tables to sit! Yes there were porta-potties...More
Went to see Turnpike Troubadours. Had to pay $15 to park at the venue and still had to walk over 1/2 mile one way. So crowded you couldn't see the stage and had to wait in line 45 minutes for an over-priced drink. Not worth...More
We attended the cody jinks concert and loved the venue. Parking left a little to be desired, as we had to park way in the back of the property and walk in the rain. We had preferred seating and that’s really the only way to...More
Went to Slightly Stoopid last night and was amazed at the huge cop presence. They along with the Whitewater staff stood above the crowd scouting to see people spark up. As soon as they did they swooped in to drag them out. To top it...More
This venue is wonderful! Lots of bars, separate men and women toilets (which only helps till the girls get drunk and rude and then they’re as bad or worse than the men) an assortment of food options (which I didn’t actually try but it looked...More
This is a fun and fantastic venue. However, I think they need new signs for Premium Seating. It seems a bit wrong to penalize people who paid more for tickets by making them wait in longer lines to first get a wristband and then to...More
This is the second time I've been here. This was to hear Willie Nelson, with Robert Earl Keen as the opener. The sound is great. Even when the show is sold out, it is not uncomfortably crowded. A breeze comes up after dark. The stage...More
It was our first time to visit Whitewater to see Cody Johnson in concert. It is nestled next to Canyon Lake just north of New Braunfels. The set up is cozy and family friendly. Our kids were in general admission which is standing room only...More
I have been to Whitewater many times, and usually love it and have an awesome time. I went to Willie Nelson and REK this past weekend. Don't get me wrong, the time spent with friends and family was great and the concert itself was good....More

I have used all three to get to the venue. The surcharge after the concert was more than $100 on the last event! I have heard that some people walk to the Tiki hut and have some drinks and such before they call for a ride. The cell phone reception is sketchy in the parking lot. With thousands of people leaving all at once, they don’t let cars into the parking lot and certainly don’t let them park for even a minute. We have had our “ride” cancel us and take others that were closer. You have to walk out to the road and wait, but then it is hard to communicate with your “ride” because of the reception.
