As you approach it it's just amazing to see. Obviously a very individual building. There's lots of intriguing parts to the building. Don't miss the basement.

Had a great visit to this very unique landmark. Your guide Nick Brown was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and really made our visit so much the better. Highly recommended a visit if you are interested in local history.

An incredible building. An English Heritage site so, unless you are a member, you will have to pay. No parking at all so find a space on the grass verge if you can. Not a lot to look at but an intriguing deign.

A lovely, quirky example of historical architecture. We could almost see it from our state room at Rushton Hall and decided to have a look, well worth the visit, it's beautiful.

We only went to this because we are English Heritage members and was in the area. Very hard to find but when got here was disappointed only stopped for 10 minutes. Limited car parking for about 4 cars in lay-by opposite.

Certainly worth seeing, if only from the outside, but the only parking is in a lay by opposite which also accommodates the local bus stop and is on a relatively busy narrow road. Check opening times carefully; we were unable to visit inside.
