I don't recommend this and haven't done it myself but when we stayed in July we met some Irish lads who jumped from the Cliffs near Cruz del Descubrimiento. The harbour side is fairly high and easier to get out. The ocean side is VERY high and would be a long swim (they did the one side and were going to try the higher jump after a couple of drinks, which I discouraged on both counts!). Just to repeat: not a recommendation and no idea if it's legal. Please check at ground level first. Also check your insurance because you probably won't be covered on a standard policy. Have fun but take care!
