This was not on our list of places to visit, but I'm glad we did. The view is amazing. And the temple itself is really nice, and allows visits without restrictions. If you are in the area, stop by.

Visit here every year. Very simple to find as its the most amazing building on the hillside. Staff are helpful without being intrusive, the inside of the temple is stunning and you can peacefully reflect on the true meaning of life.

Well, the monument as shown on the picture is accessible 24 hours a day, directly off the main road. Easy to get to. However, there are ruins behind it and the I believe are only open for set timings. Hope above helps?
