Like others, I couldn't get into the building and there was no information on hours. But the outside and the grounds is interesting and it's close to the old Roman walled area so convenient for a quick look.

The palace is on the pretty, less crowded side of the city. Beautiful building with interesting history...wish we could see the inside. Loved seeing all the storks on the old building in the walled yard area.
