I remember the night the newsflash cam on TV on Nov 22 1963 I was 8 years old and had never seen my mum and Grandmother cry...until then. This was a trip I have always wanted to make and loved it.

An amazingly subtle memorial to a tragic event. Great place to reflect on your political views and life in general.

I love history and reall enjoyed going to this plaza. It is a ways from the Daley plaza exhibit but is well worth it. We did a Segway tour and they showed us this and we went back to spend more time there

What a disappointment. Who signed this off as a suitable memorial? The sign says (basically) that many visitors do not understand the the quality of the memorial ... a sure sign that they are on the defensive. If you do go, don't plan to spend...More

Yep I went to the JFK Memorial Plaza while waiting for my tour bus to arrive. If you know the area so well then you know the tour company. To my family and myself the JFK Memorial seamed unfinished. And as you stated it is... More

I honestly don't know where the nearest one will be, but considering the size of this city, you'll be able to find one.
