Tickets must be in advance with only a limited amount of seats. The event is well done with many volunteers setting up for a great night of food, drinks, and great fellowship

I loved this tour. It involves uneven walking, probably about 2 1/2 miles. You see fossils, tracks, and such. I was really impressed with how much was eroded in just a few days. I was living there when the water started to go over the...More

Learned amazing geology and history about the flood that carved out the canyon below the dam in 2002. We saw dinosaur footprints, fossils, and a lot about history of the area, as well as how flooding can change the landscape very quickly. A must see...More

Some friends and I went on the Canyon Lake Gorge tour. It was so informative and was totally awesome. Seeing the dinosaurs footprints and the waterfalls, which were formed by the flood were all breathtaking.

This a great tour for families. Don't go when it is too hot as there is no shade. But Spring and Fall is fine. Our guide was very knowledgeable and let us take time to look. No rushing. It is amazing to see the fossils...More

The tours is 1.5 miles and a 3 hour tour. You need to be in good health and able to walk for 3 hours without getting easily winded.
