If your in Horwich or Rivington it is worth the climb to the top of the Pike. You get a wonderful view, you can even see Blackpool on a clear day. Lovely to walk up through the Chinese Gardens as well.

A very nice walk, a bit of an incline and steps throughout so it’s not suitable for wheelchair access. A great view from the top. A good picnic place.
