Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Outbreak - Dread the Undead is a fun experience! The setup of the attraction is awesome, very well done! Would highly recommend for those who aren’t scared. I’ve done this attraction twice and enjoyed it both times. The first time I went with my 9-year old niece. She didn’t make it past the intro video (before actually walking through anything) before she started crying (it was too scarey for her).

The ride where you shoot the clowns is amazing, my daughter and I rode it 3 times! It was very realistic and then with the seats and wind it made it seem like you were on a roller coaster.

I'm a local, but decided to take my Grandkids to the Outbreak / 3D Theater Ride / Mirror Maze. They had a great time. Although a couple of them tapped out halfway through Outbreak. đŸ˜† I would recommend this attraction.

You are apart of the clean up crew after human trials go wrong and bring about a zombie outbreak. You really need the money and they are paying you a years salary for one day. You should have known better, you really should have! The government agency brought in to take out the zombies have a breach and you must make it out alive!!! Good luck and don’t get bit!!!!

I went to this attraction as part of a package deal from the Hollywood Wax Museum. My family was wanting to go through it until the video presentation at the very beginning scared them off (I ended up going through the attraction all alone as a result on principal) . The attraction was excellent. The mixture of animatronics and real life actors created an environment where you didn't know what to expect from room to room. Pressurized gas and strobe lights added to the chilling effect that you experience walking through the haunted house type place. They even burn an incense or pump an air freshener in that heightens your fear walking through. Very Highly Recommended but not for the freight of heart.

I LOVE haunted house type attractions but they never really startle or scare me. This one was GREAT! So many unexpected scares and it got me a couple of times! So well done, you can tell time and effort went into this attraction. Bravo!

How long does it take to get through? Our group of 6 may need to split up to avoid taking the 3 yr olds through. Will we have to wait a long time?

it depends on how fast u want to go thru it. we went thru it fast about 8 mins cuz my daughter was pretty much pushing me thru it but I'd say a good 15 mins. You definitely don't want to take the 3 yr old thru it. haha Have fun.

can a wheelchair fit in this attraction?
princesstac
Mount Juliet, TN13 contributions
I think it would be rather difficult. Our group had several small kids and we were in a single file line. There were some narrow turns and props might obstruct the wheelchair turns. I also feel that the speed at which our group was moving may put person in wheelchair and those close by at risk of injury. I would look at facilities policy on wheelchairs and see if it is possible to have a limited number of people in your group to allow more mobility.
