Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Track has an awesome go-kart track. We rode the Wild Woody track. It is 2 or 3 levels high, with twists and hills. Very fun. The Track also has some kiddie rides and mini-golf. We only did the go-karts

Ticket lady was helpful w buying tips. I have a code Nav10 saved me $10 on $50 which buys four rides or two times per grandson. The track is multi story and was fun for the teens at least 48” tall to do the big woody. There was space in the front by parking lot to take great pics. It’s a little pricey about $12.50 a ride but Would definitely go again and recommend.

Great rides for all ages. Rides last for a long time, so you get your money's worth! This is a welcome addition to anything in the Smoky Mountains! Linda was the sweetest attendant!

The strip in Pigeon Forge is amazing and filled with plenty to do. The only downfall we have is public restrooms. They are few and slim and hard to find. Even if you spend money in a business they do not let you use their restrooms. There are people with issues that need bathrooms quickly, even a porta-potty would have worked. I believe this is a valid concern for the strip.

My wife and I frequent the Smokies a couple of times each year (sometimes more). We honeymooned at the Timbers Lodge Log Cabin across the street from The Track and have been coming back to ride go carts for over 30 years. The first place our 2 sons rode go carts was at The Track and I have been anxiously waiting for my grandson to getbtall enough to ride. We showed up and it was close, very close, but he was just tall enough to ride! He had a ball!!! After his 3 ride he was getting cold, the sun had gone down and we decided to call it a day. We have 8 in our group and everyone rode twice, except my wife. This is a great time and a clean environment. The lady at the ticket window, Kelly, was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. (THANKS Kelly!!) We plan to go back tomorrow for a couple more rides for the grandson. And to make it even better, they even offer a Military Discount!

In my opinion this is the best overall amusement park for all ages. The selection of rides and go karts are top notch! The staff is almost always excellent.
I want to give a special shout out to Bryce and Jeremiah who have been there for a while now and are always great to talk to and they even remember us although we visit twice a year. These two are the best of the best employees.

We had played the Wizard of Oz game and had 75 cards. The lady at the counter told us to put them in the machine after we handed her our cards. We offered to take them to the machine and she said “ no she had to separate the cards”, was not said very nice. She took our cards to the counting machine and we said we had 75 cards. She got a hateful attitude toward us. There we words exchange between my husband and “Betty”. It was like we were a bother to her. I purchase $350.00 card in October. I have purchased the amount on three different occasions, at least once a year. I been coming to The Track ever since my daughters we little and now bring our grandson. It seems like everyone hates their job because you can never find anyone that is nice. If you ask for a cup for tokens they act like it is a bother to get you one. You can never find anyone to help you but today after word were exchange about 5 were standing at the counter. I don’t about anyone else but when you play a game and earn cards, tokens I want them counted right. Not to be treated like we didn’t win them!!

Each year we stop in town to ride the Blaster Bumper Boats on the parkway.
We had never ridden the ones here, but decided to give them a try this year. We purchased a 55 point package for around $40 with a coupon that we had. Each ride on the bumper boats was 8 points, so it cost us 32 points for our family of 4 to ride. Ride was super fun and a great way to cool off on a hot day. We got to cruise around the pool area and squirt each other using our water blaster guns. Ride was probably between 5 and 8 minutes long. We really had a great time. Since we had extra points left over, we went over to the Track's kids country where our little ones got to ride the rookie go-karts for 6 pointe each (12 points total). They enjoyed their ride over there too. In the end we still had a few points left over, but we just saved the card since they never expire.
Overall, we had a great experience with The Track. We had so much fun here and it was much cheaper than the competitor bumper boats. Not only was it cheaper, but we got to ride the go-karts, still had points left over and STILL paid less than JUST riding the bumper boats at the other place.

We go here every time we go to Gatlinburg. The family track is the most entertaining and they have the friendliest staff. It’s always a good time.

We have been coming here for over 13 years. My two daughters grew up playing on the kiddie rides when they were younger, now we are all riding the go carts, bumper boats, and bumper cars. The tall track costs 12 points, whereas the track closest to the arcade building costs 9 points. The bumper boats also cost 9 points. Make sure to look online for discount codes** We found a code that gave us 25.00 off, so we paid around 70.00 for the four of us to ride both go tracks, bumper boats, and the kiddos did the bumper cars. We have fun every time we come here.

How old do the children have to be to drive a go kart.
What are the prices for each ride or a all day pass.

The go karts were based on height. Karts were $10 or you could purchase a package and save. Kids rides $3 you can use the package on them also.

I am questioning about an issue I read on facebook last night it appears a family was treated terrible. Pushed out if the line, cause they were a white family with 3 children. This has really hit my heart hard. This is teaching those children hate. I'm married to a black man and I am white ! Black lives matter yes so true but sadly these children was exposed to serious hate not only by people in your line but the employed starting shouting at this family ! I am in shame of reading what was shared to my timeline that these kids white or black was exposed to this hate and racism ! I hope as a owner you took care of this and just didn't delete it and pretend the employed did right ! Hate is awful and especially when exhibited by employes working that night ! I hope love will one day over whelm the world but me and my husband own a company and if anyone of my employes was racist to a white or black or Indian or any race even gay people I would terminate there employment ! I don't represent that and I hope you don't either we travel there every other weekend and I am in aww of this those babies were so scared and frightened ! Sincerely not only someone who has visited your establishment but never felt your employes would feel racist towards children ! God bless I hope this was just a bad employee and not the examples of the owner of this company.

From Mountain Press:
Tourist's social media post being investigated
By JULI WATSON NEIL Staff Writer Jul 26, 2016
PIGEON FORGE -- Police Chief Jack Baldwin said Monday that based on an investigation, his department could not confirm a racially charged incident reported on social media by a visitor to the Track Family Recreation Center.
"We haven't found anything that confirms or verifies what she's telling us," Baldwin said.
According to Baldwin, his office received a complaint from the tourist on July 23 about what she said she experienced at the Track July 21.
In a lengthy Facebook post that day, the woman, who is white, claimed she was harassed by African-American customers, who chanted "black lives matter."
After interviewing employees of the Track and reviewing security video, members of the police department could not confirm the race-based comments described by the tourist, Baldwin said.
Police advised the tourist that she could send a notarized statement to the Pigeon Forge Police Department, Baldwin said. He said his department was not called to the Track on July 21.

My children are 10 and 14 years of age-- can they ride everything alone???
Michelle
Pigeon Forge, TN37 contributions
My sons started riding the cars when they were 10 and 11. They usually have a height board to see if they are tall enough. If your child is not tall enough, they have double seated cars and your child can ride with you. The driver usually has to be 16 years of age to drive another passenger. Have fun!!

Yes I agree. Find a coupon book or two and that will reduce the cost some.
