Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly service and fun for the whole family! Right in the middle of a shopping center, you wouldn't expect it! They offer a great deal and the theme is awesome too! Simply put, you need to visit miniature golf in Sevier county and this is top of the list for sure!

12.95 for a round (adult) + $3 to play both courses. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the course and it was challenging and fun. Have played better, but this was our first course in Pigeon Forge so nothing to compare to. Davey Crockett's in Gatlinburg I believe is better. Course was in fair shape.

We play mini-golf nearly everywhere we go. This course was in the worst shape of any we've played.
The attendant was more concerned with getting back to her phone. She was not even remotely friendly. She didn't even offer us a score card. But really, even if she were friendly, this place is in such bad shape I'm not sure it would matter.
Don't try to play here at night. It's not well-lit and there are lots of shadows.
The greens need replacing - failing that, a good cleaning up. Stagnant water was just gross. Loose bricks around the holes are a hazard.
$22 for 2 adults, 18 holes. I'm so glad we didn't take the offer to play 36.
Would not recommend.

I absolutely love the firedog going up to get the kitty cat in the tree!
My kids love the firehouse theming. Very playful and friendly.

Our family loves this putt-putt course. We play every time we come to Pigeon Forge. The staff is always friendly and the course is easy enough to enjoy for the novice but challenging enough for a more proficient putt-putt golfer to enjoy.

Firehouse Gold was probably a nice course when it was new, but from the looks of the course now, that was a long time ago. The owner really needs to make some capital improvements if he wants to continue drawing new customers, and in this town, that's 90% of your crowd.
The price is high at $9.75, but it seems that is pretty much the going price for mini golf nowadays. For an extra $3.00, you can play both courses for a total of 36 holes. Sorry, but the extra course is worth an extra dollar at most because these courses are in bad shape. The greens need replacing, new hazards need to be added because there is little now, and someone, probably the kid behind the desk who takes your money all the while texting on his cell phone, should be maintaining the grounds by at least taking a leaf blower and keeping the greens clean. There were so many leaves and twigs from the overhanging trees on the course, one will spend as much time cleaning off the greens as they will playing.
Considering there are so many mini golf courses in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that want your money, this operation really needs to change the way they do business before they go out of business.

Firehouse Golf should burn the place down and update! Ridiculously expensive, even with a coupon. Course had ripped areas, leaves all over the place, hoses on top of the greens, no good landscaping or figures, old worn-down, boring. Woman at desk had zero personality, did not say hello or thank us. It looks so nice from the outside, but look elsewhere for golf!

Went to play here on November 4, 2017. Course looked destroyed. Is this place closed for good?

When we were there a few months ago someone who works there said that it was being torn down and something else was going to be built there.
How much does it cost
