We knew this outlet didn’t have the brand stores, as the Tanger did. But we went to go see whah they did have.. and were greatly disappointed. There were just a couple of stores in the whole “2 story outlet” and it was a waste of time for us. If they got some stores in the buildings... it would really be lively! Sorry.

This is one of the finest Tanger Outlet Malls I have ever been to! Full of first class name brand stores and shops. Great prices too! There is an Arcade of site as well as a nice go cart track right across the street. Definitely worth a stop to check it out!

If you're reading other reviews on the Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet Page (this page) about the crowds, great shopping, etc., then the reviewer is reviewing TANGER, which is just down the street in Sevierville...and there seem to be plenty of confused reviewers. This outlet mall, Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet, is located very close to the brand new Publix and more or less across the way from 'The Island'. 90% of the stores here sit empty and the ones that are occupied have next to nothing to do with outlet shopping....think furniture, cheap tshirts, veteran's store, antique store, church (yes, a church) etc.
If you're looking for reviews on the crowded, large variety of shopping outlet mall, type in Tanger (used to be 5 Oaks) Outlet in Sevierville and that will take you to the right place!

In one of the older factory outlets in Pigeon Forge, the one-stop Veteran shop is all a true patriot will need. The store entrance is on the "back side" of the 2-story bldg, but there is a sign on the roof of the outlet that reads "Veterans Store". Its a block and a half north of the 321 and 441intersection, on the 441/Parkway. Whether you are a Veteran or just a true Red White and Blue Blooded American, this store will have what you want. It is the largest Veteran store in the US. My husband found his Army patch for the 509th RPG Vietnam. From novelty t-shirts to hats to flags and even a section for law enforcement and fire fighters, you will find something to stir your pride. This store gets little to no advertising and being in the oldest outlet section, it is most likely not frequented as often as it should be.
This Veterans store has my vote for a Must-See while in Pigeon Forge.

Online it shows alot of places to shop. Is basically a deserted building with 5 shops. Would never return here.

We recall the DAY when my wife could actually spend a whole day shopping here.
Our guess is that Tanger is the place to shop today.

20 years ago, this was one of the best places to shop. Today, many stores are empty and the place is a little run down and not clean. Suggest you go to Five Oaks Outlet mall instead.

There are barely any stores left here. Not worth the stop or time it takes to drive through the empty parking lot. There are lots of other better shopping places than here.

This outlet mall has the most stores I have seen in one mall. Very good deals. We came here while visiting the Smokies.
