We went for lunch and the menu was somewhat limited but very good. I had a grilled cheese and it was so good. The fried green tomatoes were outstanding. The live music was wonderful. There were only a few customers at the time we went...More
We visited the Palace again on our Nashville trip. We arrived on a Thursday evening, and the Palace was the first place we visited. The service was a bit slow initially, but finally came around. We started out with the wings as an appetizer, and...More

We enjoyed the outdoor seating while eating a great lunch while listening to some great vocals. Plenty of seating indoor too. Always intrigued to see the artists that have performed in places like this and made it big.
If in this area, you have to stop here and have a drink to just feel the atmosphere!! Live music, energetic crowd and lots of dancing. It was great watching all the people dance. Musicians are awesome!! Great place.

I was there during the mid afternoon and there was no cover charge while the band was playing. I cant imagine that there would be a cover charge around the diner hour either. Maybe around 10PM with a band playing. You should be fine. If by chance there is a cover or its really busy, there is a nice place just up the street called the Caney Fork. Good food/atmosphere but no band. Good $$ for family food. I did not eat at the Nashville Palace so I cant comment on food $$
