Living in Nashville for 4 years and always looking at a ride on the General Jackson we decided to do it with friends and booked the Jazz Cruise December 16th. What a delightful experience!. Music was great, the food and service were very good.. The...More

We did the show without the dinner and thought it was great! One reviewer claimed it was cheesy. Maybe a smidge ... but the vocal talent, musicianship, stage setting, lighting, sound, and all the costume changes more than deliver a fantastic show. We live in...More

We went on this cruise during the Christmas season. Show was excellent with very talented musicians. Tables are close together making it very crowded. Food was good and servers were very professional. Difficult to get refills as staff is so busy. A fun and relaxing...More

I’ve been on this 4 times in the past 20 years. The quality of the show is excellent. The food was really awful. One choice, take it or leave it. I’ll never go again. At this price the management should be embarrassed and ashamed!

We had a excellent time on the Christmas cruise. The food and show was both really good. It was very organized and my 10 year old daughter really enjoyed it.

The boat was well appointed and the meal was very well prepared and tasty. A definite repeat trip for another wonder boat cruise.

Our office took us on the General Jackson for Christmas. The show was Christmas Traditions and it was awesome! The food and service were top-notch. Highly recommend!

If you're a local, this trip isn't for you. If you're visiting Nashville, I'd recommend. It's a very touristy experience, which, for the sake of my little sister, I committed to. Very very cheesy/showy, but - it IS called a "SHOWBOAT" after all. Food was...More

We booked a short trip to Nashville specifically to see Ray Stevens. While there, we wanted to do something "Christmassy" and the General Jackson is what we chose. First a big positive: The show is absolutely wonderful - great talent, costuming, singing & dancing. The...More

I went in with no expectations and left a little disappointed. My main complaint is that the show was overly sexualized with one of the main stars, “Natasha”. Her outfits, while beautiful and glamorous, were inappropriate for the show. Every outfit just showed too much....More

There were people in jeans and shorts mostly. There were some dressed up more, but they were in the minority.

As far as I know, there is no dress code. We were there in September and it was warm. Some men were dressed in slacks and shirts, others in sweats or shorts and T shirts; women in dresses or slacks, some in sweats or... More
