Fantastic educational throw back to our nations history as you step into the home of 7th President. His heartache, his love of family and country. Beautiful plantation setting, gardens and docents. Even picked real cotton.

We took a guided tour of the home and did the audio tour around the grounds. It was so awesome! Such detail has gone into preserving the Jacksons' home and the grounds. Even in the winter, it was beautiful. We had a great visit!

A lot of history about Andrew Jackson. Tour guides very good. Touring the mansion was very nice. The property has cotton fields, the Cemetary, a movie giving information on his life.

Overall very disappointed with our Hermitage tour. The museum at the front of the property was actually pretty nice although not very large. I enjoyed reading about Andrew Jackson and definitely learned a few things about his life and career. The grounds weren't bad either....More

I like that u don't have to walk thru the shop to exit like some places. The store has beautiful items related to history. It didn't feel like we were pressured w commercialism.
